Flat Rate & Free Shipping
Currently all Equestrian Lifestyle items are being shipped for $10 to Canadian addresses and $15 to the US. Orders over $100 before tax qualify for free shipping within Canada and the US.
If you are purchasing items from outside of Canada, there may be fees or taxes associated with importing goods. Please check with your customs department for details.
International orders are welcome. International shipping outside of North America is $30 Canadian.
Returns
We would be glad to exchange or refund a product if it doesn’t fit, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition by insured ground mail or courier, with a copy of the receipt, and a brief written explanation for the return, for our records, within 30 days for an, exchange or credit.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not send return items collect. Shipping charges are not refundable. I know we live in an Amazon world of free shipping and returns, and as the store grows we may be able to change this but for now it is not financially feasible to do so.
