At Equestrian Lifestyle™, every piece is designed in-house and carefully finished in New Brunswick, Canada. We take pride in delivering quality apparel to horse lovers and ensuring a smooth, reliable shopping experience.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During product launches, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within Canada & US
Flat-rate shipping: $10 CAD
FREE shipping on orders over $75 CAD
All orders ship with tracking
Estimated delivery times:
Atlantic Canada: 1–3 business days
Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days
Western Canada: 4–10 business days
US: 4-14 business days : may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
International Shipping
International shipping rates begin at $25 CAD for the first item, with an additional $5 CAD per item. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery
All orders include tracking. Once a package has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. Equestrian Lifestyle™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery but will assist where possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Equestrian Lifestyle™, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully finished to ensure quality, comfort, and durability. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of hair, dirt, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Clearance or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom or special-order items
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome for size or item changes, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item within Canada.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
